Perlino Vermouth di Torino Rosso is ideal on the rocks or in cocktails, preferably chilled. Vermouth is actually quite complicated to make and contains more than 20 different spices. Perhaps precisely because of the different spices, vermouth is one of the most used ingredients in drinks.
The aromatic herbs and spices have been soaked in alcohol for at least 30 days. The result is mixed with wine, alcohol and sugar.
