Belshazzar Vermouth Red

Vermouth Red Belsazar is complex with sweetness and spices that can be drunk alone or used in countless cocktails.

Taste: Rich and bittersweet at the same time. A collection of complex flavors with vanilla, candied orange, bitter chocolate and spices such as nutmeg.

Enjoy it as: Aperitif, Red & Ginger or in classic cocktails such as Negroni or Espresso Martini. Can be drunk neat or try: 1/2 Wermout and 1/2 tonic with ice cubes and a slice of orange on top. Easy and quick nice cocktail.

Vermouth from Belsazar near Berlin uses wines from the Markgräferland and Kaiserstuhl regions in southern Baden.
They extract the nuances of flavor from herbs and spices, which give Belsazar's vermouth its complex and nuanced character.
The must is stored in large containers and is finally rounded off with a fruit brandy from the Schladerer distillery.
Vermouth's sweetness comes from grape juice from the Black Forest.
The Vermouth Red Belsazar aging process takes up to three months in neutral stone casks, where the vermouth achieves its complex aroma.
