The house clings to their traditions. The way of cultivating the land and producing wine has been passed down through several generations with great respect for the land and the vines. Thus, they get the best out of nature's resources.

Vacqueyra's area:

Vacqueyras is a fairly new appellation. In 1990 it was elevated from Cotes du Rhone Villages to its own independent appellation. In the large area, over half of them are dominated by cooperatives. Vacqueyras is only a few km away. south of the Gigondas wine area. However, they are very different wines from the 2 areas. Vacqueyra's wines are more robust and coarse and do not have the same fruity sweetness and purity as wines from Gigondas.
The grapes in the area are dominated by the Grenache grape and the grape that forms the backbone of the majority of the red wines. Both white and rose are produced, but the area is best known for its red wines.
