The third release in The GlenAllachie Billy Walker 50th Anniversary Trilogy is called the Future Edition. Like the first two in the series, it celebrates Master Distiller Billy Walker's 50-year career in the Scotch whiskey industry.

Not only is this 4 year old single malt their first peated release, but also the first distillate ever produced under Billy Walker's ownership of The GlenAllachie Distillery. Hinting at future endeavors, this expression has had a lengthy fermentation of 160 hours. The fruity spirit was then matured in former rye and bourbon casks, as well as some virgin oak casks.

With peat from the mainland, this amber spirit gives a distinctly smoky yet sweet flavor profile bursting with sweet cinnamon apples alongside smoldering oak.

Presented at natural cask strength of 60.2%, with no added color or chill filtration for maximum flavor.

Limited release of 10,000 bottles worldwide.

Scent: Bursting with honeycomb, dried fruit and hazelnut, with hints of smoldering oak, dark chocolate and warm cinnamon apples.
Taste: Lashing of cinnamon stewed pears, toasted almonds, heather honey and pipe tobacco, followed by smoked barley, vanilla toffee and orchard.
