Taylor's Fine Tawny Port
Taylor's Fine Tawny Port has a deep red-brown color and has been aged in oak barrels for 3 years.
Scent: Nice aroma of ripe berries, fruits and spices with hints of caramel and figs, oak.
Taste: Very soft and round well-balanced taste of strawberries and prunes with figs and attractive nutty and spicy aromas with a pleasant aftertaste.
Server for: Desserts, nuts, cakes and cheese board. Try it also for pâté.
It should be served slightly chilled.
Made with the grapes: Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz and Tinta Barroca
Sourced from wines selected for their smoothness and soft character. These are stored for up to three years in oak casks in Taylor's cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia. The individual wines are then blended together a few months before bottling for balance and completeness.

The company Taylor's – or Taylor, Fladgate & Yeatman, as it is quite correctly called, port wine house that is over 300 years old. Taylor's remains a personally owned family business that is completely independent. Taylor's head office is located in Vila Nova de Gaia. Port wines are shipped here, which are exported to at least 54 countries worldwide. In the home market Portugal sells a large number of bottles.
Vineyards and fields:
The grapes for Taylor's port wines are grown in the Douro Valley at Taylor's own three vineyards: Quinta de Vargellas, Quinta de Terra Feita and Quinta do Junco. Ports from Taylor's were, are and will continue to be some of the greatest ports!
