This classic Chardonnay from Silver Mountain is delicious and inviting, with crisp and fresh apple acidity and tropical notes of pineapple and mango.
Slightly creamy structure and soft in taste with notes of citrus in an elegant finish.

Serving temperature: 8-10°C

The grapes are exclusively selected for this wine (Vat.34). They are harvested at optimum maturity and vinified traditionally.

Co2 friendly

The finished wine has arrived in Denmark via bulk and first bottled at the bottling plant in Brøndby.
CO2 – Environmentally friendly for wine delivered in bulk from the country of origin for bottling in Denmark; represents a significantly reduced CO2 load compared to wine imported in bottles. In recognition of the reduced CO2 footprint, but also the assurance of the wine's quality as well as the economic advantages of transporting wine in bulk, bulk wine forms an ever-increasing part of our business.

The Chardonnay grape:

Chardonnay the green grape is the most widespread and planted in the world. By the fact that it is all over the world, it gives great geographical differences to the wine. It fluctuates very much from the light and crisp dry to the bold peach colored wine. In terms of taste, it fluctuates as much as the color, with the overseas ones being bolder and creamier with tropical fruits, while the European ones are lighter with acid.
The spread is because the grape almost always gives good results in the final wine and it is not so hardy against heat and cold.
