Signature Brotte Cotes du Rhone is of the new Brotte generation and created to meet new drinking expectations. The white grape varieties in this red wine refine the tannins and bring a touch of modernity. Signature is designed and made to be served chilled and made in environmentally friendly lightweight glass bottles.

Scent: The ruby and purple hues testify to young wine that is fresh and delicious with aromas of fresh fruit with yellow notes and a rose scent.
Taste: Surprisingly round without being dry, but with great freshness filled with fruit such as cherries and strawberries.
Server for: Serve it chilled as an aperitif, salads, poultry and mild cheeses.

About the wine: 

Winegrowers in the Rhone valley are responsible for supplying the grapes to Signatur, winegrowers with whom Brotte has collaborated for decades. Throughout the entire vinification process, Brotte uses all his knowledge and expertise for the local grape types. The grapes come from vines that stand in clay and calcareous soil. The viticulture itself is sustainable and certified High Environmental Value 3. The latter certification is based on strict specifications with four primary performance indicators, which are water management, fertilizer management, a plant health strategy with quantified environmental measures and respect for communities, with the primary objective of generating biodiversity.

Wine house:

In 1931, Laurent Charles Brotte settled in the prestigious wine region of Châteauneuf-du-Pape in the Rhône region. Here Charles began viticulture and built a bottling plant in the small town, and thus the seed for Maison Brotte was laid.

Laurent Charles Brotte dedicated his life to providing wine lovers around the world with quality wines that reflect the style and characteristics of the area. In 1952, he got the idea for the brand "La Fiole du Pape", which really cemented Châteauneuf-du-Pape in people's minds. Today "La Fiole du Pape" is exported to 90 countries worldwide. Maison Brotte is today a dynamic wine company with over 60 ha and 4 properties: Domaine Barville, Château de Bord, Domaine Grosset and Domaine de l'Aube with its own bottling plant. In 1972, the family also built a museum where visitors can take a closer look at the history of the Rhône valley.
