Fabiano Negraro Appassimento Rosso Veronese is an intense wine from Fabiano filled with fruit and spices. Made in the Appassimento method, where part of the grapes are dried, which has given a fuller wine with a big bouquet of fruits and cherries with light spices and soft tannins. Wine that wants to be opened and have a little oxygen before serving, but then it also goes well with all kinds of meat.

Scent: Characterized by ripe cherries and sweet spices.
Taste: Full-bodied with large amounts of fruit and soft tannins. The Appassimento style is prominent with the soft structure and complex aftertaste, which testify to a wine in great harmony, where every detail is caressed with many spices.
Server for: All kinds of meat and cheese. Please open the wine a few hours before serving.
Serving temperature: 16-18ºC.

Rosso Veronese Negraro Fabiano, the grapes are harvested fully ripe when brought to the winery. Some of the grapes for Negraro Appassimento are produced according to the so-called "appassimento method", which is also used for the region's famous Amarone wines. The grapes are left to dry in the sun and a significant part of the liquid content in the grapes evaporates. In this way, the color, sugar content and power of the grapes are enhanced and the result is a deliciously intense and sweet wine with great power.

Wine house:

The Fabiano family has been in the wine business since 1912 and has continuously expanded the business. In 1968, they moved their activities to the current headquarters, located between Verona and Lake Garda. From here, the family's activities in the individual wine regions in the region are managed. Today Nicola Fabiano's sons, Alessandro and Michele Fabiano, are at the helm. Fabiano sticks to the classic style with a twist of modernism. Most often, large old casks are used, but in recent years there has been more experimentation with the use of small casks, which contribute to giving more sweetness and concentration to the wines.
