Roku Gin – The Japanese Craft Gin

Roku Gin is made from 6 different botanicals that are grown in Japan's beautiful nature. The 4 seasons and the 6 botanical species have been selected for Roku gin, a true Japanese craft. Roku in perfect harmony with the classic gin taste and the special Japanese botanical notes which appear soft and velvety in the mouth.

Scent: Lovely notes of cherry blossoms and green tea with hints of flowers with sweet notes.
Taste: Complex with perfect harmony between the classic gin taste and the special Japanese botanical notes which appear soft and velvety in the mouth.
The 6 botanicals: Sakura flower, Sakura leaf, Yuzu peel, Sencha tea (green tea), Gyokuro tea (refined green tea) and Sanshō pepper.

Serve Roku gin with tonic and fresh ginger.

Try a Ruko sour gin.

Ingredients: 1 part sugar, 1 part water, 1 lime, 4 cl gin, 1 egg white.
Mix sugar and water and boil it until the sugar dissolves and you have a simple sugar syrup.
Squeeze the juice from the lime into a shaker and add 2 tbsp. sugar syrup – 4 cl of gin is poured in and topped up with ice cubes and the whole thing is shaken until it has become cold.

Ice cubes are poured out again and 1 egg white is added and shaken again until the egg white has become frothy.

Arrange the drink in a cocktail glass and garnish with cucumber.
