Inspired by the abundance of spring, Roku Gin Sakura Bloom Edition is made using freshly picked Sakura, the Japanese cherry blossom. This special edition celebrates the Hanami festival, where Japanese people gather every spring to enjoy the Sakura in bloom.

Roku Gin:

For Roku gin, six Japanese plant extracts from each of the four seasons are used, picked with maximum freshness. In Japan, this appreciation of seasonal flavors and nature at its peak is known as “Shun”. The delicate combination of Sakura flower and Sakura leaf from spring. Sencha tea (green tea) and Gyokuro tea (refined green tea) from the summer. The flower provides an elegant floral flavor layered with hints of salt, supported by a delicately complex blend of botanicals that enhance the natural flavors of this Japanese gin. Design of label and bottle:

To honor Japanese craftsmanship, the House of Suntory invited Japan's well-known washi artist, Eriko Horiki, to design the Sakura Bloom Edition label. The design uses hints of pink and metallic tones to simulate the falling Sakura petals. The outer packaging is also designed by an esteemed Japanese artist. Bringing the Hanami festival to life through the beauty of the Sakura blossoms and the crowd admiring them. The 6-sided Ruko gin bottle reflects the 6 natural Japanese botanicals.
