Porto Réccua LBV 2014 is ruby red with a delicious aroma of warmth and fullness with ripe berries that repeat in the taste with sweetness and acidity in perfect balance.
Scent: The dark ruby red color makes a good first impression together with the warm and full aroma of ripe berries.
Taste: Full-bodied with its red berry notes that go perfectly with the sweetness and tannins.
Server for: pDesert desserts like with cream, ice cream, large steak with port wine sauce, strong cheese or just to enjoy a glass.
Serving temperature: 10-12°C
Late bottle vintage:
Porto Réccua LBV 2014 vines grow in schist soil and the grapes are harvested manually. The mild Mediterranean climate ensures perfect ripening of the grapes. After the harvest, the grapes are de-stemmed and pressed, after which fermentation takes place. Fermentation is stopped by adding brandy made from wine. After fermentation, the wine is stored in oak barrels. Bottling takes place between four and six years after harvest.

Porto Réccua Vinhos SA is a relatively young company that was established in 2013. They work dedicatedly to develop port wines and other wines from the Douro and to develop the international marketing of the wines.
Réccua has a desire to create something new in the Douro. A new company that welcomes the future and thinks ahead while combining the knowledge and heritage of the large number of winegrowers they work with. Only the best is good enough for Réccua.
Réccua are experts in the art of creating great wines by making use of family traditions and the latest technology. They are passionate about creating wine, bottling it and bringing the wines from the heart of Portugal to wine lovers around the world.
