Pinot Grigio Delle Venezie Fabiano Settimo Miglio is slightly dry with its fresh style and green notes
Scent: Fruity with its floral notes in a very elegant fragrance.
Taste: Touch of dryness with its broad fresh notes from peaches and melon in good balance with citrus notes.
Server for: Light dishes, salads, fish-based dishes.
The wine Pinot Grigio:
The grapes are harvested from fields in Venice with clayey soil. The grapes are pressed gently, stabilized and fermented at a temperature of between 14 and 15 C.
The name “Settimo Miglio” has a deeper meaning. Fabiano is exactly seven miles from the arena of Verona, measured according to the tradition of the ancient Romans. It has inspired the wine's name, which represents the close connection to the region's wine heart.

Fabiano is one of the best producers in the Veneto area and has been producing top quality wines for 100 years. The Fabiano family has brought together some of the best people in viticulture and oenology in Italy. Together they form a strong team known for their love of the land, traditions and good wines. Their style is classic with a twist of modernism. Mostly large old dishes are used. In recent years there has been more experimentation with the use of small casks, which contributes to more sweetness and concentration in their wines.
All Fabiano's wines are particularly suitable to be enjoyed with Italian food.
