Pink Pepper Gin Audemus
Pink Pepper Gin is incredibly elegant with a taste of cherry and raspberry combined with spice and notes of vanilla, here there are many scent and taste notes that mix sweetness with delicious spices so that you are surprised both in smell and taste. Drink neat or with a light tonic.
French award-winning Gin that has won double gold in 2017.
Scent: Powdered sugar, cardamom, light sweetness, warm spices in a fresh dry style.
Taste: Vanilla, pastry, sweet pepper notes built on a dry gin. The taste is an eternal winner, which with its great balance between warm spices and dryness gives a completely unique expression.
Pink Pepper Gin is Audemus' flagship. The philosophy was that there was room and interest among gin connoisseurs for a gin that was not the typical juniper-driven dry Gin.
The recipe is of course a secret, but some ingredients have been leaked. Including rose pepper, cardamom and juniper which are required in all gins.
About the Distillery:
Miko and Lan, who make up Audemus, draw their experience and philosophy from their home region of Cognac. Audemus reinvents the traditional methods of distillation by mixing them with a passion for innovation and creative work. Miko has his experience from his time as a Cognac distiller, where Ian spends his time collaborating with bartenders all over the world.
