A 17 year old Orkney single malt whisky, aged in the period 2000/2018 at Berry Brothers and Rudd; which must be expected with some uncertainty here, to be from the Highland Park distillery. This bottling is Cask No. 1 and distilled in 2000 and bottled in 2018.
Perfect balance between peat smoke and delicate vanilla notes from its whiskey maturation in American oak. It also offers honey and delicious citrus fruits.
