North Star 12 years Dest. Ardbeg is from a small independent bottler with a simple philosophy: "Small Batch, Un-Chillfiltered, Natural Color and always Cask Strength.

Scent: Sharp peat with pineapple.
Taste: Salted smoke with dark sherry.
Aftertaste: Slightly sweet with spice notes.

North Star 12 years Dest. Ardbeg March 2005 and bottled February 2018 with a total of 332 bottles.

North Star Spirits has come to Denmark and they have expanded their repertoire. After starting as a self-employed independent bottler of
high quality Single Malt whiskeys, (occasionally with a little Grain whiskey and Bourbon whiskey) North Star has recently also started blending whisky.

Their first such bottling, Vega 23 years, took the whiskey community by storm and sold out quickly.
But that was just the beginning when the latest duo from North Star, namely the sherry bomb Spica 20 years.

North Star is an independent whiskey bottler specializing in the best Single Malt Scotch Whisky, Blended Malt Scotch Whiskey and Blended Scotch Whisky. By virtue of many years of experience and personal relationships in the industry, they get hold of exciting Single Cask Whiskeys from all regions of Scotland. All their whiskeys are small batch without cold filtering and always "cask strength". In this way, the individual batch retains its own character.
