Nativo 15 years Aged rum is matured in Panama for a minimum of 15 years in used barrels from American whiskey production. So there is no question of one solera room or a blend of rums with different ages. This rum is matured for a minimum of 15 years and it can really be tasted.
With its 40 % alcohol combined Autentico Nativo Rum Aged 15 Years the strong taste of cask, which for 15 years has influenced the rum's basic DNA.
Taste: Is dominated by dried fruits, toffee, vanilla, fallen plum and rosin. An incredibly soft and complex experience with a nicely balanced sweetness.
Nativo 15 years Aged rum is one of a whole series of rums.
In collaboration with the people behind Autentico Nativo rum, Don Pancho Fernandez, who has more than 50 years of experience in rum production, has created this series of exquisite rums. Don Pancho began his career in Cuba, where he was trained by his mentor Ramon Fernandez Corrales. Since the 90s, Don Pancho has lived in Panama, where he has helped create the best rums in the world, in collaboration with Destilería Las Cabras, where Autentico Nativo rum is also distilled.
Autentico Nativo Panamanian Aged Rum is fantastically leaked and is aimed at those who love rum with dark spices, balanced sweetness and plenty of character. The series has won many medals over time - some of these can be seen below.

Autentico Nativo Panamanian Aged Rum is a high end rum brand from Panama in Central America. We are dealing here with extraordinary old and noble rum produced in the classic, Spanish rum style. Rum based on sugarcane molasses, continuously distilled and subsequently matured in ex-bourbon casks. This style is known for its soft, deep and sweet character. The maturation of the rum has taken place in Panama, and is thus fully tropically matured, which gives a deep, rich and full-bodied taste.
