Mimi brut rose is harmonious and elegant sparkling rose with fine, elegant and persistent bubbles. The scent is fresh with fruits and citrus.

Scent: Delicious hints of white flowers, juicy light flesh from fruit and citrus fruits.
Taste: Just as lovely as the scent in a nice harmony of sweetness and acidity.
Serving temperature: 8 – 10C.

The wine:

The house Bréban created the brand MIMI in 2014 and in 2017 Mimi Brut Rosé was born.
Mimi brut rose is made exclusively from Grenache grapes and is produced using the Charmat method in the house's cellars in Brignoles.

The winery and the area:

Les Vins Bréban is a family owned and operated company established in 1952. The founder Raymond Bréban "discovered" the wines of Provence and decided to dedicate his life to the production and promotion of quality wines from Provence. In 1968, the son Jean-Jacques Bréban took over the management of the company, which is thus today run by the 3rd generation of the Bréban family. Les Vins Bréban harvests the grapes for their wines along the Mediterranean coast, from the Sainte-Victoire mountain range in the west to the Haute Provence Alps in the east. The Bréban family is proud of the old traditions and continues to run the company according to the same principles as under the founder, i.e. with a strong focus on quality, authenticity and respect for both the land and the viticulture.
