Milianti Negroamaro Salento IGT Puglia
Milianti Negroamaro Salento is a delicious full-bodied and soft red wine from Puglia with a bouquet of a fruit basket of soft spices in a light sweetness. Perfect for barbecues, and certainly a wine many will love.
Scent: Intense of ripe berries.
Taste: Nicely concentrated and full-bodied with a nice clean fruit basket and a pleasant soft aftertaste.
Serving suggestion: Dishes from the Mediterranean cuisine, for grilled meat and medium-bodied sauce.
Serving temperature: 18-20°C
Milianti is made from Negroamaro grapes that grow in Salento in the southern part of Apulia. Here, in the red and slightly clayey soil, the grapes develop perfectly and give lots of intensity and power. The warm climate and the light breezes from the Mediterranean further contribute to favorable growth.
The grapes are treated traditionally and stored in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures to preserve as much fruit as possible in the wine.
