Extra Cognac Grande Champagne is a blend of some of the oldest distillates Maxime Trijol has left in the cellar.
In the glass, the cognac invites with its clear golden color and aroma of ripe yellow moisture. The taste is deep and complex with notes of oak, light spices and licorice, with a soft and warm long aftertaste.
GOLD medal in 2005 at the "International Spirits Challenge" in London. Silver at the “Brussels Spirits Awards 2005, and GOLD at the "International Wine & Spirit Competition".

About the Cognac House:
The story starts in 1859, when the Trijol family installs the first still, and begins the production of cognac in the very heart of the Cognac region. Four generations have subsequently been in charge, and at a calm but safe pace, the capacity has been expanded over the years.
Maxime Trijol today produces "eaux-de-vie" from twenty Charente stills, and is today the region's largest family-owned producer. The vast majority of cognac is sold to the big players, but the family has chosen to sort the goods a bit, and even takes the absolute best casks, which are then bottled under their own name.
