Martin Miller's Premium London Dry Gin England Iceland
Martin Miller's Gin is distilled in England and then this Premium London Dry Gin is then sent to Iceland, where it is mixed with Icelandic spring water. It is flavored with Tuscan juniper, cassia bark, quince, Florentine orris, coriander, Seville citrus peel, nutmeg, cinnamon and licorice root.
Scent: Spicy notes of juniper along with lovely citrus notes with a touch of cinnamon and coriander seeds.
Taste: Seems very crisp and fresh and alive in the mouth together with lots of juniper and cinnamon with a touch of floral note.
The gin is pot distilled in two separate stills. This provides a unique balance between juniper and citrus. It is subsequently diluted to 40% using Icelandic spring water.
Gin that can be drunk neat or together with a myriad of different tonics. Use a little Leon as a garnish.
Martin Miller's gin is rated 94 points (Exceptional) by the Beverage Testing Institute
About the Distillery:
Martin Miller was a quirky one. Faithful to the traditions at heart, but at the same time adventurous and a romantic. When he created this gin, the traditionalist in him demanded that he make a gin that really tasted like gin! Therefore, he exclusively used "old school" methods and techniques, and was quite rigid in using only proven methods and classic ingredients.
In the quest for perfection, Martin Miller insisted that all ingredients be selected by quality, not by location.
