Scent: First impression is sweet and slightly malty notes. After this comes the green with a small hint of sulphur. Time in the glass comes green apples along with sulfur notes that mix with something like carbon monoxide.
Fragrance with water: Very fresh and fruity with acidic drops but retains the sulfur notes in the background.

Taste: Fresh and clean taste with good acidity and an overall well-balanced dryness.
Aftertaste: When you think Speyside it is surprisingly dry.

About the Flora & Fauna Series:

Flora and Fauna, nicknamed after the late whiskey writer, Michael Jackson, was a themed series of distilleries that only released single malt whiskies. Each distillery was given a certain creature as its symbol. The symbol is elegantly displayed on each bottle's beautiful label. Gradually as distilleries were commercialized, closed or sold, the range of flora and fauna declined, leaving these select remaining bottles to collect. Most often blended, whiskeys from each of these distilleries are rarely bottled as single malts, making each bottle from this collection even rarer.
