Malus X Masculine Æblevin at 40 % is Cold Hand Winery's take on a Danish spirit.

Scent: The heat from the 40 % comes out together with the apples, honey and caramel.
Taste: Pleasant warmth from the barrel note starts, which mixes in perfect balance with the apple acidity, the sweetness and the barrel.
Server for: Desserts, all types of cheese and as an accompaniment to coffee.

Malus X Masculine Danish apple wine is made from the syrup from the Ingrid Marie apple variety. The syrup is added to Cold Hand's own Eau de Vie and then left in new 220 liter casks for well over a year.

Masculine is Cold Hand Winery's take on a Danish spirit.
The wine is made from the sugary syrup of the Ingrid Marie apple, which has been in both new American casks and new French casks.
In fading, we add our own burnt eau de vie, which warms the syrup and provides a sharp counterpoint to the sweet notes and the taste of the new oak barrels. – almost cognac notes.

Masculine was first produced as a masculine counterpoint to our Feminam dessert wine.
