MacDonald's Glencoe 8 years Blended Malt is a whiskey consisting of 5-6 malt whiskeys and filled with cask strength. It is made in memory of the Campbell clan's massacre of the MacDonald clan. An "awe-inspiring" experience is Glencoe - a historic whiskey with a dramatic background that delivers a great experience.
Scent: Caramel, nutty, orange peel, pepper, cloves, light gum. Barrel notes of sherry
Taste: Massive, alcohol, sherry notes, malty, nutty, peppery, earthy, light menthol
Aftertaste: Long-lasting, oak, coffee and chocolate
Ben Nevis – Highland distillery from 1825. The distillery is located at the foot of Britain's highest mountain (1344 metres) of the same name. Founded by "Long" John McDonald, who for his time was a tower with his 1.90 meters. Ben Nevis produces both Single Malt and blends, and also has this blended malt, made as a tribute to the memory of the Battle of Glencoe.
