Liquid Amber 10 years Topaque from Dutschke is a sweet bass with caramel and nutty notes. A mixture of the wines with an average age of 10 years, with the oldest dating back to 1988. A sweet Basse that has been produced over a number of years from the "Semmler Bros" vineyards and older wines from the Barissa area. Some of the most precious wines in this bottle date from 1988.

Smell and taste:  Lots of caramel, toffee and nutty notes here. Where the taste is sweet, rich and juicy with a finishing touch of dryness from oak and warm alcohol.

Mix:

The wine has been blended over the years to give a bottling blend with an average age of 10 years. By mixing older wines with the younger bottlings, they have produced a tokai with all the richness and juiciness you would expect from this composition. A mixture of the wines with an average age of 10 years, with the oldest dating back to 1988.

Dutschke Wines:

When Wayne Dutschke's grandfather bought the farm in the early 1930s, only a small portion of it was planted with vines. The rest was used for dairy cattle. Today, by far most of the 72 hectares of land is used for wine, and primarily Shiraz. Shiraz accounts for 45 hectares. In addition, Dutschke Wines has Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. At first the grapes were sold on to other producers, but in the 1990s they decided to keep some of the grapes themselves. Since then, their own production of wine grew to the level it is today. In 1998 they changed their name from WillowBend to Dutschke Wines.
