Le Petit Chat Blanc is part of the charming series of wines from Boutinot, created by skilled winemakers in Languedoc. “Le Petit Chat Malin,” meaning “the sly little cat,” captures the essence of these accessible and fruity wines that bring joy and smiles. Guillaume Létang, who heads Boutinot's wine production in the Languedoc, collaborates with various winegrowers in the region to select the best fruit that meets high quality standards. The result is wines that have repeatedly received excellent reviews internationally, created with a focus on quality and availability at attractive prices.
The wines are made from classic Southern French grapes such as Grenache Blanc, Marsanne, Roussanne and Vermentino (also known as Rolle in Southern France).
