Pinot Noir Kendall-Jackson with the Pinot Noir grape picked in the districts of Monterey and Santa Barbara County

Scent: Fantastic aroma of cherries, strawberries and raspberries with notes of cola and mild spices.
Taste: Full and intense, but at the same time lovely soft and round fruit flavor with a touch of spices and vanilla, velvety tannins and an incredibly pleasant and persistent aftertaste.

Pinot Noir:

From Monterey County, the grape develops the floral nuances and structure along with flavors of ripe strawberry, raspberry and black berry.
From Santa Barbara County, wine with dark cherry adds lushness. Grapes are grown in cool vineyards on rolling hillsides and mountaintops, resulting in small, densely aromatic grapes that create well-structured wines. This Pinot Noir shows that their winemaker has the ability to produce a wine that exhibits the perfect blend of flavors and aromas from each region.

Stored:

Aged in oak casks for 9.5 months in 98 % French casks, of which 18 % are new. From which notes of toasted bread and vanilla and cedar wood originate. The must itself until bottling is kept separate from the 2 districts. First put together last, to achieve the most harmonious Pinot Noir. It has given a nice garnet red color and a fantastic aroma of cherries, strawberries and raspberries with notes of cola and mild spices. Full and intense, but at the same time lovely soft and round fruit flavor with a touch of spices and vanilla, velvety tannins and an incredibly pleasant and persistent aftertaste.
