- 3. PRICES & SHIPPING
All prices are incl. 25% VAT, applicable taxes and in Danish kroner.
The stated price at the time of ordering is the applicable ordering price.
We usually ship your item the same or the next business day. We send a written order confirmation when your order is ready for shipping. We do not collect payment until the item is cleared for dispatch from our warehouse.
Free shipping on purchases over DKK 999.
Shipping price 0 – 4 kg. = DKK 45 (Package shop)
Shipping price 4 – 9 kg. = DKK 79 (Package shop)
Shipping price 9 – 19 kg. = DKK 139 (Package shop)
If home delivery is desired + DKK 19 applies to all purchases.
Orders are generally delivered via PostNord and can be followed in their Track & Trace system. (You get the shipment number in your personal order confirmation)
If your order contains order goods or pre-sale goods, however, the goods will only be dispatched when we can make a combined delivery.
The above shipping rules apply to postal addresses in Denmark, but not Greenland, the Faroe Islands and other foreign countries. We are happy to ship to other countries, but not free of charge regardless of the size of the order. Contact us to get the price.

We ship to most of the EU at a general price of DKK 300 for up to 15 kilos per order.
Shipping out of the EU
If you want a package to be shipped outside the EU, you must contact us – using the above contact form with the items you would like to buy.
For delivery outside the EU: be aware that you are liable yourself for all customs, taxation and duties that may be imposed by your country.
- 4. DELIVERY
For deliveries to private customers, a delivery time of 1-3 working days is normally expected. However, the expected delivery time may vary during peak periods such as Black Friday.
We generally pack your goods the same day the order is received.
At Aevin.dk, the following delivery methods are available:
- Collection in store (Standard choice)
- Optional PostNord delivery location.
- Private delivery to the door.
- Delivery to your workplace.
Packages are delivered Monday – Friday
There may be changes to the delivery methods, depending on how many items are placed in the basket. This is because the weight is important for which distributor is chosen to ship the goods to you. In that case, the delivery method will change to a default choice that we have specified. You will be made aware of this. Subsequently, you can see which delivery methods and distributors you can choose with the order size you have placed in the basket and make your choice from there.
The standard choice of delivery method at AEvin.dk is "Pick up in store". This form of delivery is always free regardless of order size. If you want another form of delivery, you must actively choose this either in the "basket" or under "Delivery" before going to pay.
We only deliver in Denmark, but not Greenland and the Faroe Islands.
Note:
AEvin.dk ensures delivery by POSTNORD (unless otherwise stated) to the recipient on the date requested in the order. However, timely delivery requires that POSTNORD complies with day-to-day delivery. If there are delays at POSTNORD, this will correspondingly delay the delivery in relation to the desired delivery date. POSTNORD's quality target for delivery security is a minimum of 97% for letter packages and a minimum of 99% for parcel post. Note, however, that these percentages are averages, and may cover large local and time-limited variations.
- 5. CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel or cancel an order that has already been placed, you can do so by sending an e-mail to the address ordre@aevin.dk with "Cancellation" in the subject field. The customer's name and order number must appear here. Have you received an order confirmation per e-mail, this can be advantageously returned to the sender with the text "Cancellation" inserted in the subject field. Cancellation should be made within 2 hours to AEvin.dk on the same day as the order is made.
- 6. PAYMENT
When paying over the internet, security is absolutely essential. We have therefore chosen to use NETS and Quick Pay, which ensures that all your personal information is encrypted, including your bank details.
The amount is only withdrawn from your card when the item is dispatched. We do not charge any fees
We can easily create electronic invoices for public institutions. Send us an email to Customer service@aevin.dk with your order, Ean number, the institution's name and address, telephone number and the orderer's name.
- 7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to the "Consumer Agreement Act" and the "Act on Certain Consumer Agreements", beverages purchased on the Internet are not subject to the right of cancellation or return.
At AEvin.dk, we want satisfied customers and to provide a high level of service, and have therefore exceptionally chosen to give you a 14-day right of return from the time you receive/pick up the wine. You can thus return your goods and get your money back, excluding all delivery costs.
Shipping costs associated with returns are at the customer's expense.
Are you buying wine accessories, glasses or the like. at AEvin.dk, the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Act apply, which is why there is always a 14-day right of withdrawal, with the exception of custom-made goods.
The right of withdrawal runs from the time the goods are handed over to the consumer. Should the consumer regret the purchase, this must be communicated within 14 days, and then the consumer has 14 days to return the item. The consumer can send an email to Customer service@aevin.dk or use the standard withdrawal form found at the bottom of the trading conditions.
The consumer cannot regret the purchase by refusing to receive the item without at the same time notifying us either by phone: 75 58 13 44 or email: Customer service@aevin.dk. In such cases, we reserve the right to impose a fee to cover return shipping and handling costs.
- 7.1. GOODS EXCEPTED FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The following product types are exempt from the right of withdrawal:
- Bottles that are no longer unopened or expired
- Gift cards (both physical and digital gift cards)
- Delivery of goods which can be assumed to deteriorate or become obsolete quickly
- The seal is broken or the label and similar has been destroyed (Seal also includes special packaging that protects the product and serves as a guarantee that the product has not been opened)
- If the item is not properly handled or damaged.
- 7.2. CONDITION OF THE GOODS WHEN RETURNED
The condition for using the right of withdrawal is that the goods are returned in essentially the same condition and quantity as when they were handed over.
If the item is used in a way that significantly reduces the item's sales value, the right of withdrawal expires.
The item must be returned in the original packaging.
Costs of sending the item back are borne by the consumer.
AEvin.dk returns the amount within 14 days. We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
- 7.3. NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The following agreements cannot be cancelled:
Delivery of goods that have been manufactured to your specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch.
- 7.4. REFUND OF THE PURCHASE AMOUNT
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, but not delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day we received the item at our address.
We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

HOW TO RETURN THE ITEMYou can receive the item from the postal service and subsequently return the item to AEvin.dk within the 14 days from when you have notified us that you wish to cancel the purchase. Your order confirmation is attached to the returned item(s). The return address is as follows:

AEvin.dk provides a two-year right of complaint in accordance with the Purchase Act. It is emphasized that the right of complaint is limited to the product's natural shelf life, and that this presupposes that the product has been stored and otherwise handled correctly.
Bottles with "cork" and other forms of bad taste or smell occur inevitably and must be expected by the customer to a certain extent. If there is a "cork" in more than one out of twelve bottles of the same wine purchased in the same order, this is accepted by AEvin.dk as a complaint, and AEvin.dk will in such cases make an exchange, but not necessarily for the same vintage .
The aforementioned right of complaint regarding wines with "cork" etc. must be asserted as soon as possible, and such wines must be forwarded to AEvin.dk without undue delay if the customer wishes to exchange them. It is clarified that the customer's right of complaint in all cases expires two years after delivery.
If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.
In the event that one or more bottles have been damaged on delivery, this must be indicated on the waybill. Immediately after delivery, the customer must check that the delivery is correct both in terms of quantity and whether the wines correspond to the order. If the customer believes that this is not the case, the customer must immediately notify AEvin.dk in writing by email: Kundeservice@aevin.dk
- 8.1. APPLICATION OF THE RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
The customer must make a statement about the product's fault or deficiency in connection with the complaint.
Goods that are not covered by the right of complaint and are received without proper packaging will be repackaged and an amount corresponding to AEvin.dk's expenses for necessary and proper packaging will be charged. AEvin.dk refuses to accept goods that are returned on cash on delivery or that are sent without or with too little postage.
The right to complain is the customer's right to complain about a product that has faults or defects that were present when the product was sold. The customer has two years to find faults or defects in the goods, which are demonstrably the responsibility of the seller. If a defect appears within the first 6 months after delivery, it is assumed that the defect was present at the time of delivery. The burden of proof lies with the dealer for the first 6 months, the following 1½ years with the customer. The right to complain is the customer's statutory right.

- 8.2. RESPONSIBLE RETURNS
You are responsible for products that are returned to AEvin.dk until AEvin.dk has received the products. We therefore recommend that all products are securely wrapped. AEvin.dk recommends that the item be returned via Post Danmark and that the item be sent as parcel post. In this way, it is possible to track the package in Post Danmark's system and this removes any doubt as to whether the item has been delivered to AEvin.dk. In addition, the customer has the option of calling for the package if delivery has not taken place.

What do we do with your personal information (personal data policy) In order for you to enter into an agreement with us at AEvin.dk, we need the following information:

We register and pass on your personal data for the purpose of being able to deliver the goods to you. The personal information registered at AEvin.dk is stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it always happens by giving your express consent so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why. The data controller at AEvin.dk is AE VIN I/S. We do not store customer information encrypted, but we transmit customer information encrypted.
We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. As registered with AEvin.dk, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access what information is registered about you.
