Glenfarclas 35 years Single malt 43 % is bottled 22 September 2022 by the 6th generation of the family owned distillery. The history of the Grant family at the distillery goes all the way back to 1865.

The Glenfarclas distillery has expanded their already prolific range of aged whiskeys with this new 35 year Single Malt release. Selected from a handful of casks each year that have matured for over 3 decades, this very special whiskey offers the elegant and complex style for which the distillery is renowned. A deep aroma with a taste reminiscent of creamy toffee sprinkled over Christmas pudding – nutty almonds, dried dark fruits and spices. A lingering note of cinnamon and cocoa powder creates a warm and long-lasting aftertaste.

Scent: the deep amber color sends lovely notes up from the glass with dried fruits and spices.
Taste: Is a bit reminiscent of burnt almonds mixed with dried fruits with creamy caramel and spices.
Eaftertaste: Lingering with cinnamon and cocoa powder that creates a warm finish.

With more than 80,000 casks for aging, Glenfarclas has an impressive amount of whiskeys in development that mature and develop their character over time.

Glenfarclas is also known for its resilience in a changing whiskey industry.
