Gin Xoriguer is made in the town of Mahon on the island of Menorca and is one of the only gins in the world with a protected geographical origin. The production of gin on the island started when the British occupied the island in the 18th century.
This gin is clear and dry with an incredible harmony in taste.
Scent: Juniper berries with a slight feeling of fir wood and lovely aromatics with herbs.
Taste: Juniper berries with balance from the herbs with a touch of citrus fruits. If it is drunk neat, a nice long aftertaste with notes of black pepper comes.
