From Pimonte in Italy, this fresh gin comes in a perfect balance between spicy juniper, the fresh taste of mint and thyme and the sweetness of the Moscato grapes. The gin is distilled to 41% to enhance the fruity richness and freshness of the ingredients.
Try it in a cocktail:
3 cl. Villa Ascenti, 2 cl. Belshazzar rose, 10 cl. Prossesco, 5 cl. Danskvand or
3 cl. Villa Ascenti, 10 cl. Prosecco, 2.5 cl. soda/Danish water, 1 cl. sugar syrup
Gin production:
Villa Ascenti Gin is an Italian gin made from home-grown herbs from the Piedmont wine region, where the Santa Vittoria distillery is located. The gin is made from fresh mint, thyme and Moscato grapes and therefore has an incredibly soft and fresh taste. Lorenzo Rosso, who is the producer's Master Distiller, works closely with the farmers of Piedmont to select the ingredients for this gin. To ensure that the fresh taste is preserved, the fresh herbs are distilled within an hour of harvesting.

Distilleria Santa Vittoria is located in Piedmont and here Villa Ascenti Gin is made using local ingredients and expertise. The local ingredients include Moscato grapes, fresh mint and thyme.
