After an extensive search, they found the perfect fields in the provinces of Cuenca and Toledo. These fields, which extend over 283 hectares, are planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Merlot and Syrah. They are located at an altitude of 840-880 meters above sea level, which provides a unique combination of cold nights and warm days, ideal for a longer ripening period of the grapes.
