Parcel No 9 is a 10 year Dailuaine on reserve Cask, bottled by the independent bottler Elixir Distillers. The bottle belongs to a series of whiskies, from the series The Single Malts of Scotland, which are released in so-called Parcels. For these whiskies, at least two casks are always blended and bottled in small batches.

This Dailuaine is made from seven casks personally selected by Oliver Chilton, Elixir Distillers' master blender. Here the casks are divided into 3 different years of distillation: 2006, 2010 and 2011.

About Elixir Distillers:

Was founded by the 2 brothers Sukhinder and Rajbir Singh. , who is also behind the store The Whiskey Exchange. Originally the company was called Specialty Drinks, they only changed their name to Elixir Distillers in 2017. The distiller name comes from 2018, when the 2 brothers announced that they had plans to build a new distillery on the south coast of Islay. The future looks bright for fans of smoke and peat!
