“A BIODYNAMIC SPARKLING WINE AT THE TOP WITH A SOFT MOUSSE AND A FINE FRAGRANCE OF RIPE MIRABELLES AND STAR ANISE. THE TASTE IS LIGHT AND VERY AROMATIC WITH A LITTLE MANGO AND NOT LEAST LIME AS WELL AS A NICE SPICY AT THE END IN THE LONG AFTER TASTE. AN OBVIOUS APERITIF.”

Sparkling wine from the heart of Alsace, made from the grape varieties Pinot Blanc and Pinot Auxerrois. The wine is produced according to traditional methods, where it ferments and is stored in the bottle with lees for 15 months, longer than the required 12 months. This aging gives the wine its characteristic persistent bubbles and creamy foam. The color is slightly golden, and the aroma is full of bright fruit such as apples and almonds. The taste is dry and fresh with fruity notes that balance perfectly between freshness and fullness, making it extremely elegant. Lentz Cremant D'Alsace Brut Organic is ideal as an aperitif or with a whole meal. It harmonizes particularly well with oysters, sashimi or lean fish.
