Perfectly served at 6-8°C, it balances sweetness and fruit acidity for a harmonious experience.

Taste: Sweet and well-balanced with nuances of citrus and white flowers. It harmonizes with the fresh fruit acidity and fine, persistent bubbles.
Aftertaste: Long and pleasant aftertaste with a persistent sweetness and delicate fruitiness. That makes it an obvious end to a good meal.
Contessa di Castiglione Asti Spumante DOCG is a sparkling wine made from the aromatic Muscat grape, known for its high sugar content and intense flavor profile. The grapes are carefully selected from the slopes of the Tanaro River in Piedmont, where they grow in areas such as Serralunga d'Alba and Langhe.
The harvest takes place at the end of August to the beginning of September, when only the best grapes are picked at full maturity. After harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and the must is aged at low temperatures to ensure slow fermentation and preserve the wine's aromatic character. Asti Spumante DOCG impresses with its persistent foam and elegant sweetness. Which makes it a perfect companion for light desserts or as a festive feature.

The family has a deep passion for winemaking, and with the beautiful landscapes as a setting, they create wines that reflect the region's rich history and terroir. Today, the winery is run by brothers Mauro and Luca Arione, who continue the family's legacy and dedication to producing exceptional wines. It caters to both local and international wine enthusiasts.
