The package includes:
1 x Clementine Gin Liqueur Illuminated Snow Globe: A refreshing clementine liqueur based on premium gin, presented in a charming bottle with a winter landscape motif. The bottle is framed with 23 carat gold glitter and has LED lights at the bottom that create an atmospheric snow globe effect.
2 x Rivani Spumante Chardonnay Extra Dry 11%: This Extra Dry – Spumante Chardonnay from the winery Rivani, is sparkling wine from the Veneto region in Italy. Very special for the area, that it is made from Chardonnay. An area that is otherwise very much dominated by the Prosecco grape Glera, which they are known for making sparkling wine from. The wine is delicious, light and has a pleasant sweetness (16 grams of sugar per litre) – perfect as a welcome drink or just as a delicious glass on the terrace.
Recipe:
2 cl Clementine Gin Liqueur
10 cl Spumante Chardonnay
This amount is sufficient to make approximately 15 drinks, depending on your preference for strength. And the best part is that there is plenty of Clementine Gin Liqueur left over to enjoy in other exciting drinks or simply to enjoy neat!
Sugar rim on the glass:
To complete the experience, it is recommended to serve this cocktail in a champagne or white wine glass with a sugar rim. Dip the top of the glass in syrup or water and then in sugar to create a sparkling and festive rim. You can also experiment with colored sugar or edible gold leaf for an extra luxurious presentation.
Here's how you do it:
- Start by pouring 2 cl of Clementine Gin Liqueur into the bottom of the glass, or adjust the amount to your taste.
- Carefully top up the glass with chilled prosecco. Be careful if you have decorated the glass with a sugar rim or other decoration.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your festive Clementine Golden Bubbles Cocktail!
