There are plenty of pink gins and fruity gin liqueurs out there, but we've never had anything like Citadelle Rouge before. This can undoubtedly become one of the biggest gin hits of the summer!

The gin is completely clear and can easily be mistaken for a classic gin. But as soon as the nose comes near the glass, there is no doubt where the rouge part comes in. This is a veritable cornucopia of delicious red fruit and berries such as rhubarb, raspberries, blackberries, cranberries.

Scent: Lovely juniper tones that share the scent with raspberries, blackberries together with a slightly nostalgic note of a funfair.
Taste: Very deliciously creamy in the mouth together with natural sweetness from botanicals and forest berry notes which finish very fresh in an elegant dry style.

Citadelle Rouge is not added to anything after the distillation. No sugar, colour, flavor or fruit. The taste is solely the result of the distillation with copious amounts of berries and rhubarb, in addition to the usual Citadelle botanicals such as violet, almond and, of course, juniper.
