10 years Tawny Port from Churchill's, is fresh and delicious with a brick red color and an elegant, discreet and complex aroma with distinct notes of dried fruit combined with hints of orange peel. Full in the mouth with exceptional vinosity and freshness, which gives a long and persistent aftertaste.
Scent: Complex aroma of dried fruits and red cherries.
Taste: Complex with notes of dried fruits with hints of orange peel. The full flavor gives a freshness that ends long and persistent.
Consists of a blend of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca and Tinto Cao grapes.
When they blend, they work with time, wood and experience to find a balance between the concentration of age and the freshness of youth. This Tawny has been aged in seasoned oak casks for an average of 10 years.

Johnny Graham founded Churchill's at the age of 29 in 1981 with the desire to give traditional port a more personal, dry style with a breath of fresh air.

Sustainability is at the heart of Churchill's business in all areas. They are proud to be part of the "Integrated Production Protocol," an international certification for sustainable agriculture. Each step of the process is designed to minimize waste and use recycled materials. All grapes for Churchill's port wines are harvested by hand, sorted twice and trodden with the feet in old tanks at Quinta da Gricha. Treading with the feet ensures a gentle and thorough extraction of juice and skin without damaging the kernels, which maximizes color and tannin extraction while fully preserving the fresh, natural flavors and aromas.
