This Princes de Venoge Blanc de Noirs, Champagne is predominantly produced from grapes from Premier Cru and Grand Cru fields from "Montagne de Reims". The final blend is completed with grapes from a small carefully selected plot in "les Riceys". And only Pinot Noir is harvested for this sparkling champagne. The dosage is 7g/litre.

It is an absolute top cuvée with enormous aromatic richness and freshness that is nicely balanced. The aftertaste contains aromas of fresh red fruits and blackcurrants.

With the "Princes series", the well-respected Champagne house de Venoge has revived the story of the mythical "Champagne Princes". Which was launched in 1864 by the house's then owner Joseph de Venoge, in honor of the Prince of Organge. The elegant and famous bottle, shaped like a carafe, is reminiscent of the crystal bottles used by the European aristocracy to decant their champagnes at the beginning of the twentieth century.
