Champagne Piper-Heidsieck Vintage 2014 is a prestigious and classic cuvee, which is only released in the best vintages. This vintage champagne is made from 45% Chardonnay and 55% Pinot Noir grapes, primarily from the Montagne de Reims region. The grapes come from 19 Crus, of which 87% are Grands and Premiers Crus. After the harvest, the champagne matures in Piper-Heidsieck's cellars on lees for 5 years and then a further 1 year in the bottle.
