Color: Clear golden with light bubbles.
Scent: Aromas of pear, yellow peach, star anise, honeysuckle, crunchy caramel, marshmallows, almond syrup, vanilla and orange blossoms.

Champagne Piper Heidsieck Demi Sec, also known as Riviera Edition, is a champagne created to be enjoyed with ice cubes and a twist of lemon. This champagne is made from a blend of grapes: 50 % Pinot Noir, 20 % Chardonnay and 30 % Meunier, with 25 % reserve wines. And a dosage of 35 g/l.
Inspired by the French Riviera, this champagne delivers a luxurious and refreshing experience with generous aromas of pear and yellow peach, giving way to notes of star anise and honeysuckle. The aroma develops into crisp caramel and airy marshmallows, finishing with vanilla and orange blossom. Piper-Heidsieck has managed to create a champagne that is perfect for hot summer days. Served with ice cubes and maybe a touch of ginger for an exotic touch.
The champagne is produced by Piper-Heidsieck, one of the oldest and most recognized champagne houses in the Champagne region, founded in 1785 by Florens-Louis Heidsieck. With almost 250 years of experience, Piper-Heidsieck is known for its passion for quality and luxury. Which makes their champagnes an excellent choice for any festive occasion.

Piper-Heidsieck is one of the oldest and most prestigious champagne houses in the Champagne region of France. Founded in 1785 by Florens-Louis Heidsieck, the house has a long and glorious history with a strong passion for quality and innovation. Heidsieck presented his first cuvée to the French Queen Marie-Antoinette, who immediately fell in love with the sparkling wine.
After Heidsieck's death, his nephew Christian and Henri-Guillaume Piper continued to run the house, resulting in the name Piper-Heidsieck. Over the centuries, the house has maintained its sophisticated and glamorous image, known for its presence at major events such as the Cannes Film Festival. Piper-Heidsieck creates champagnes that are elegant, glamorous and perfect for any occasion, from summer parties to exclusive galas.
