The harvest of the Chardonnay grapes for Bramito della Sala begins in the third week of August. With about a week's delay compared to the previous season, and continued until the first week of September. At the time of harvest, the grapes were healthy, ripe, with excellent acidity and an exquisite aromatic profile.
