For the price, this is a really nice wine, and if you like the overseas wines, which are warmer and fuller, then this Malbec from Camelia is just the thing for you. The nose is filled with aromas of blackcurrants, strawberries, currants, licorice, vanilla and pepper. Normally, I almost expect a Malbec from Argentina to knock me off my chair with sweetness and power, but this one takes a bit of a beating for me – it definitely has fruity sweetness and power, but it appears more elegant in the mouth with nice tannins and good acidity .
