How to make a Paloma:
- Fill a glass with ice cubes.
- Pour in 4 cl of Buen Vato Tequila.
- Add 10 cl of Fuglsang Eco Pink Grape Soda.
- Garnish with a slice of red grapefruit.
Fun Fact: Did you know that Paloma is the national drink of Mexico? "Paloma" means "dove" in Spanish, and with our package you can easily recreate this iconic cocktail at home.

(1 x 70 cl) Buen Vato Tequila Blanco
Buen Vato Tequila is created with deep respect for tradition and sustainability. Made from agave matured for eight years in the chalky soil of the Tequila Valley near Amatitán, this tequila is the result of five generations of expertise from the Real family. The family grows the agave in fields where the horses graze and the children play, reflecting their dedication to natural and sustainable methods without excessive use of herbicides and pesticides.
This tequila is distilled in stainless steel pot stills and fermented slowly without the use of accelerators. Although Buen Vato Tequila is not 100% agave, we have managed to preserve the authentic flavor and body profile. Our aim to minimize environmental impact means that we transport the tequila to Europe where it is mixed and bottled, reducing our environmental footprint.
Scent: Clear scent of cooked agave, balanced with herbs and subtle hints of citrus and cucumber.
Taste: Smooth with a medium body and a slightly bitter finish reminiscent of chocolate. Peppery notes and the sweetness from the agave stand out clearly.
(4 x 20 cl) Birdsong Eco Pink Grapefruit Soda
This organic soda from Fuglsang, produced in Denmark, offers a refreshing taste of pink grapefruit, perfectly balanced between sweetness and acidity. It is the ideal mixer for your Paloma cocktail.
