This wonderful Petalo Moscato Spumante Dolce from Bottega is produced from the Moscato grape from the hills of Italy's Veneto. It is an area with lots of roses that bring a sweet and lovely scent to the vineyards. Which also leaves its mark on Bottega Il Vino dell'Amore Petalo Moscato. The sparkling wine has a hint of roses, which brings to mind the beautiful rose petals that also adorn the bottle's label.
Color and appearance: Straw yellow with fine and lasting perlage.
Scent: Complex, intense, delicate, with floral (rose, wisteria and wildflowers) and fruity (peach, apricot and citrus) notes and a pleasant touch of sage in the finish.
Taste: Velvety, pleasantly sweet, intense and persistent with a good acidity that enriches its freshness and balances the high sugar content.
Serving temperature: 5-6 °C
Serving suggestion: Suitable for parties and special events. It goes well with all major desserts from Italian and international cuisine. Also perfect for mature cheeses.

MOJITO MOSCATO
Ingredients:
- 95 ml of rum
- 50 ml lime juice
- 15 ml sugar syrup
- 3 Angostura drops
- 12 mint leaves
- Bottega Petalo Moscato sparkling wine to fill
Preparation: Mix the mint sprig with sugar and lime juice in a tumbler. Fill with crushed ice, rum and Angostura. Top up with Bottega Petalo Moscato sparkling wine. Stir well before serving.
