Bliss Sweet Sensations is a semi-sweet white wine that is nevertheless fresh with a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity. Persistent aftertaste and a truly versatile wine.

Scent: Very intense and complex full of stone fruit and citrus, hints of white flowers and a touch of honey and anise.
Taste: It is semi-sweet, yet incredibly fresh and mineral in a delicious and round balance with notes of orange. The fresh fruit and the softness are repeated in the long aftertaste.
Server for: Fresh cheeses and sausages or to simply enjoy with good friends.
Serving temperature: 6-8°C

The wine:

Bliss Sweet Sensations is a blend of Godello and Doña blanca grapes that come from vines more than 40 years old. The vines grow on fields that are 450-600 meters above sea level in loose soil. For as gentle a harvest as possible, the grapes are harvested by hand. After arrival at the winery, the grapes are macerated at a low temperature for three to five days, followed by debourbage, where the sediment is separated from the unfermented must. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 12°C and is stopped after 10 days by cooling the wine to -4°C to preserve the wine's natural sugar content.

Vinos Guerra was founded in 1879 by Antonio Guerra, who was a pharmacist. Antonio Guerra was a highly visionary man who was able to understand and appreciate the potential of the vineyards of Bierzo long before anyone else. Vinos Guerra used revolutionary winemaking techniques and marketing long before the word was invented. He showed the world how good wine could be made in Bierzo. The vines lined the pilgrimage route to Santiago de Compostela on sunny slopes. Vinos Guerra ruled then, and still does, over the latest and greatest technology. When the vine louse had eradicated large parts of the vines, Vinos Guerra actively participated in the work of replanting the fields and thus helped to define the new Bierzo.
