Aftertaste: Spices together with the taste of a hot cigar box finish this harmonious 17 year old Benriach.
Matured in the traditional style in American bourbon casks, and finished in Pedro Ximenez sherry butts that come from Jerez de la Frontera in Andalusia, Southern Spain. During this second maturation time, this delicious whiskey with dark chocolate flavors interwoven with oak and sherry flavors emerged.
