Beast of Zin Zinfandel
Beast of Zin is a delicious and intense with an inviting aroma with dark berries and an intense sweetness and an elegant spicy note from the aging in French oak. The wine feels full and harmonious in the mouth with a lovely persistent aftertaste characterized by soft tannins.
Scent: Inviting with dark berries and sweetness that mingle with the spices and notes from the aging in French oak.
Aftertaste: Full-bodied and harmonious with a lovely persistent aftertaste characterized by soft tannins.
Server for: Light meat, duck or with cheeses.
Serving temperature: 16-18°C
With great care and skill, they have brought out the best in the Zinfandel grape and this work starts already in the vineyard, where only the best grapes are selected for the Beast of Zin. The grapes are harvested at optimum maturity and vinified traditionally.
