Batasiolo Gavi Del Comune is from Gavi is the most respected white wine. It is sold in the best fish restaurants in Genoa and on the Ligurian coast. The Cortese grapes are harvested manually in the latter half of September. The grapes are treated gently, de-stemmed and lightly pressed. Vinification takes place according to modern principles. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a low, carefully controlled temperature to preserve the special fruit of the grapes in the finished wine. Before bottling, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation.

Beni di Batasiolo is one of the best producers in Piedmont and is run by the energetic and charismatic Dogliani family. The property is located in the center of the Barolo district, and consists of nine "beni", i.e. wineries with associated vineyards, which guarantees high diversity. The vineyards cover a total area of more than 100 hectares in the best areas.
In addition to the fantastic Barolo wines from Piedmont's "great vineyards": Briccolina, Boscareto and Cerequio, Batasiolo produces a large number of other great wines: Barbaresco, Barbera d'Asti, Moscato d'Asti, etc.
