Navy Rum Reserva Austrian Empire is a "small batch" production of rum from specially selected casks. Subsequently, it has been blended by Master Blenders from the Dominican Republic and Barbados. Master Blenders, with whom Albert Michler has a long-standing collaboration.
Experience: Deliciously sweet and tasty rum that has a good balance between sweetness and spices, where the casks emit a hint of vanilla. It is an extremely elegant blend of Barbados rum. Rum that has aged partly in American oak casks and partly in French oak casks. It is a deliciously sweet and very tasty rum that many want to enjoy.
Albert Michler Distillery:
Was originally an Austrian enterprise that was established in 1863, and named after the founder of the distillery. During the Austro-Hungarian dual monarchy, Albert Michler was a major supplier to the court and the royal Austro-Hungarian navy. All kinds of spirits were produced at the distillery, from liqueurs, gin to rum and various herb-based bitter types. The end of the Second World War was unfortunately also the end of a long history for Michlers in Austria. With respect for the history of the past, Michler's products are today produced and blended in Great Britain. The most important products today are Gin and Rum from the Caribbean.
