Scent: Citrus is characteristic of Arran and the Quarter cask welcomes you to it, and there are sweet spices with cinnamon and vanilla.
Taste: Sweetness and honey in delicious harmony with pineapple and vanilla and there are notes of coconut
enjoyed in a warm and delicious spicy dram.

The Arran Single Malt chosen for the Quarter Cask was initially matured in first-fill ex-Bourbon casks for 7 years before being transferred to secondary maturation in smaller quarter casks, also made from the finest American oak, for a further 2 years . The process of transferring this whiskey to the smaller 125 liter casks for their last 2 years of maturation allows for far greater contact between whiskey & oak and a faster more intense maturation.
